Vote For Friends Of Batley Station

Local volunteer group the Friends of Batley Station or FOBS have been successfully chosen as one of three local good causes guaranteed to receiving funding through the Tesco bags of choice community funding scheme.

These three projects will now compete for the public vote in store to see who comes first £12,000.00 of funding, second £10,000.00 of funding and third £8,000.00 of funding.

FOBS have already done a great deal to revitalise Batley Station and turn it from a dreary and run down space to a vibrant, colourful and happy space. And they have many more plans for the future that this funding will help to bring to reality.

Voting takes place in store between 31 Oct and 13 Nov. So if you are doing your shopping in Tesco between those dates be sure to cast a vote.
