Nick Battye is a partner and solicitor having worked with Brearleys since 1992. He qualified as a solicitor in 1990.

He is an experienced litigator dealing with all types of litigation but over the last few years has specialised in fatal claims, complex personal-injury and contentious probate claims.

He is currently based at our Morley office.

He is a keen runner, distance and middle distance, road, trail and fell .  He enjoys music, sailing, wild camping, through hiking, , mountain biking, motorcycles on track and road, Motocross bikes on tracks and lanes, road cycling.

He is a motorcyclist commuting everyday, touring abroad and trackdays
