Michael Barber

Michael is our former Senior Partner having founded the firm in its modern form in 1983. He stepped down in June 2013 to become a full time consultant to concentrate on his preferred specialist areas of work being malpractice claims against professionals and claims by deprived beneficiaries and others against the estates of deceased persons and breach of trust claims. He is also the joint Head of the Property Department responsible for technical advice and supervision. He also deals with complex contractual matters including disputes and commercial and corporate work.
When not at work Michael plays in an old rockers band and fettles his vintage cars
