A Second Opinion

We all see things differently and that is especially true of lawyers – we are a contrary bunch. Ask 10 lawyers the same question and don’t be surprised to get 10 variations on the answer.

This is also true when it comes to bringing a claim. Sometimes the lawyer you consult might not see that claim succeeding, and, if you have consulted an experienced lawyer more often than not they will be correct.

But not always….

A different lawyer might see a route to success that the previous one did not, which is why it is often worth getting a second opinion. After all, you only have one claim so it is worth making sure. And if the second lawyer tells you the same thing then at least you know for certain.
