Brearleys Solicitors Celebrates being reaccredited by WIQS

In order to obtain this reaccreditation we as a firm had to demonstrate that we deal with your wills and probate matters to the highest levels of service and had to undertake a rigorous assessment process. We were required to demonstrate that not only can we provide the best legal advice but that we deal with your matter in a professional, respectful, jargon free and timely manner whilst also providing clear advice as to the costs of your matter and that we keep you up to date at each stage. Not only that but we had to demonstrate compliance with the Wills and Inheritance Protocol prepared by the Law Society which sets out good practice as to how to manage your matters.
