Martin Oliver

Martin is a Partner at the firm who heads the Conveyancing Department whilst also undertaking complex civil litigation work.
He specialises in negligence claims, silicosis, high value contract disputes and general litigation. He in addition deals with accident claims in the multi track.
He is based at our Birstall office and has been qualified since 1999.
Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym and watching and playing sports generally, particularly football. Martin used to coach his daughters football team for 3 years. He also enjoys walks with his family and his dog and generally getting out and about to see new places, whether countryside or cities (when lockdown finishes of course!)
