We have Children Panel solicitors who specialise in Child Care advice and Proceedings. There are several different types of Child Protection procedures. These proceedings can be complex and involve evidence often from professionals in various fields, including medical experts, psychologists and psychiatrists. In some cases the Local Authority are seeking to remove children permanently, which inevitably has devastating affects. It is crucial that those involved in these proceedings obtain specialist expert advice, which we can provide in a sensitive and supportive manner. Many of those concerned in these proceedings are entitled to FREE LEGAL ADVICE under the legal aid scheme. It is extremely important that those involved seek professional advice at the earliest stage.
