APPLICATIONS TO REVOKE PLACEMENT ORDERS
If a Placement Order has been made by the Court, but the Local Authority have not yet placed the child with their prospective adopters, it is possible to apply to remove, or revoke, the Placement Order. However, to make an application you will first need the Court’s permission to make the application, and to give permission to make the application, the Court has to be satisfied that there has been a change in circumstances since the Placement Order was made.
