There are many forms of domestic abuse, physical, emotional, psychological, financial or sexual. Domestic abuse can have a significant impact upon victims and their families.
We appreciate this can sometimes be difficult to discuss. Our solicitors can provide support and are able to refer if necessary to other external supportive agencies, with whom we work closely.
We provide advice on injunctions, protection from harassment and forced marriage injunctions. Often it is also necessary to protect Children at the same time, and we will do so where required.
