As a Partner at Brearleys I felt it was important for me to put down a few things that I believe sets us apart from a lot of other lawyers whether this be on an added value basis or simply the experience we offer you as a client of the firm.

1 We are competitively priced and in a lot of areas can offer a fixed fee. In all areas we offer an estimated fee .

2 We are conveniently located in 6 office locations across West Yorkshire that work seamlessly together to offer great coverage across the region.

3 We have experts in multiple areas of law including very new or emerging areas such as data protection breaches for example and our lawyers can work in conjunction with colleagues where cases need a “multi disciplinary” approach across different areas of law.

4 We pride ourselves on being very much part of the community in the areas where our offices are based and the surrounding areas with people working in those offices often living very local to the offices they work in.

5 Whilst our lawyers are experts in the law they are also personable and approachable and will offer practical solutions to practical problems as opposed to simply legal jargon “textbook” answers.

6 Above all the people that work with me and the other Partners at the firm are simply a great bunch of people who have done a phenomenal job, particularly over this last year and without them Brearleys wouldn’t be the firm it is!
